    Do I need to be an experienced dancer? Definitely not! We deliberately make our routines easy-to-follow so you can relax and enjoy it rather than worrying about getting the steps wrong. What should I wear/bring? No heels! Just trainers and sportswear/streetwear/fitness clothing… something you can dance in... and make sure you bring some water.

    Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles.
